Two people were sent back to SA. Motive: they had sex together.

The announcement is stunning and represents the globalist mindset that is at work in SA rugby.

While it openly reads that both of them did infringe no internal rules, code of conduct or whatever, action still had to be taken to punish both of them.

It clearly states that both of them are guilty of nothing yet measures had to be taken to deal with their non illegal behaviour.

While people in SA can walk around and enjoy life for the sole merit they confessed theirs horrendous actions before a comitee or something, those twos had to suffer consequences for a behaviour that is admitted to break no laws, no rules etc

Walk around while committing actions that most societies since dawn of humanity would consider criminal,

be punished for a behaviour that is considered and declared innocuous.

That is the kind of inversion globalists long for. That is how globalists take so much pride in SA rugby.

Brilliant.

I actually agree with you Trad

Two consenting adults should be permitted to do whatever they want, in their own free time.

However, I don't agree on the code of conduct part that you mentioned in your post.......there will definitely be some kind of clause in place, in each player's respective contracts that prevents players from ever bringing the Springbok name or brand into disrepute..... or damaging the public image and reputation of that same brand.....and this type of behaviour could and probably would fall into that category

The fact that Jantjies is apparently having an affair on tour with a fellow colleague, is just the kind of negative press that the Springboks don't need, at any time.

Imagine if it did come out that the entire Springbok camp knew that Jantjies was cheating on wife on a regular basis on these overseas trips.... and that Springbok management decided to rather keep it quiet to prevent any media frenzy.... they would then be blamed for supporting continued adulterous behaviour...

I say again, I support any person's right to do what they want to in their own private free time, but in this specific incident, South African rugby is damned if they keep quiet..... and damned if they act upon it.

Clearly Jantjies has no respect for his soon to be ex-wife.

She has no alternative but to take 50% of his worth, if not more, including his kids and send his sorry ass packing.

Not only that but to force this piece of sheeeat to pay a monthly allowance for child support. till they come of age.

She could be sitting pretty in a few months time.

Her own home, bought and paid for ... a nice vehicle ... having her nails done every other week.

All this because of a little Indian punda on the side.

What a fool.

It's a good thing he's a rugby genius ... right Stupid? How else is he going to cope with this unforeseen financial burden.

Lets hope the coach still sees him as an asset.

Agreed CC

Imagine this very uncomfortable and awkward press conference

Reporter:

Mr Erasmus / Mr Nienaber, is it true that you were both fully aware that Elton Jantjies has been having an affair with a fellow colleague on tour, for the last year....... and I ask this because we have received some statements and evidence from anonymous inside sources that everyone in the team, including Springbok management, knew that this was happening on the last 3 overseas tours....it is hard to believe that the Springbok squad, including senior management and coaches would condone this type of behaviour..

As I said..... damned if you do..... damned if you don't.

Stinking rich rugby player yet the guest house only got the bill he owed them fully paid after Rapport newspaper started making enquiries. To say Elton has some questionable morals is somewhat of an understatement.

Doesn't honor his bills, violent misconduct on an airplane, extra-marital affair. Probably a case of too many chickens come home to roost.

Well it would appear that he is a better "HUMPER" than a rugby player if he has been helping her over the last three tours.
His form has always been suspect on the field but the "HELPER' must have found him a position in which he could excel in short bursts.
CC hope his Missus takes him to the cleaners.....financially I mean.
Scumbag.

How.

As

The announcement made by SA rugby excludes any breach of code, infringement etc

So there is no agreement.

It is not about being indigned or stuff.

It is about how people cope with their own rules etc

SA rugby set the rules, stated nothing was breached and yet felt like punishment had to be applied.

That is what it is about, not knowing if this stuff should happen or not.

SA rugby already dealt with that part.

Trad although it is a custom of the "locals" to hump everything and anything it is not OK when on tour representing your country plus married with children.
How can you justify such behaviour just because it is a tradition.
Shocking but acceptable in certain circles I would guess.

There's no such tradition in SA rugby, only in Trad's head...starting to understand what kinda traditionalist Trad really is...nit all traditions are wholesome...

One point that went as noticeable over time: the struggle for SA rugby supporters to address each others' assertions.

There's no such tradition in SA rugby, only in Trad's head

Whose head that is.

The word tradition is dropped in a post, should have been easy to check the author.

The point made in the thread:

Two people were punished despite infringing no rules.

Trad although it is a custom of the "locals" to hump everything and anything it is not OK when on tour representing your country plus married with children.

That assertion is irrelevant.

These two people are engaged in an affair. An affair does not mean humping everything and anything.

In fact, this probably is not a one night stand thing, probably something more serious.

it is not OK when on tour representing your country plus married with children.

Of course, representing the Apartheid regime was much less an issue. Not so many SA rugby players punished for doing so.

People have the morals standards they can afford.
