This evening, having recently written to Blikkies, I received a reply from his son. Blikkies passed away some two months ago. He had health issues for quite a while, but remained a mature force on the Board and an absolute gentleman. His son gave me permission to inform the Board, which I do with respect and sadness.

Sad news indeed...I remember him from back on the old Supersport Forum...'n groot boom het geval.

Condolences, he will be missed. Blikkies always seemed really chilled out and going with the flow.

RIP Blikkies ..........thanks mozart & Draad .......... he was a gentleman, never getting involved in the mudslinging but sticking to the sport topics.
