made about that very problem for a while now, just google it and u will
see mnay articles from experts both french and foreign all saying the
same thing.
but this isnt an IRB problem, this is a french issue and one that needs to be handled by the french.
the IRB dont have a single say in the matter and rightly so IMO.
besides,
the way the IRB let the english clubs get away with bloody murder,
chances are they would get the same smacking from the french fries.
So who is this IRB bunch of villains who let every body "get away with murder"?
