Although this will never happen this would be fair...and if this happened the big 5 or 6 nations would see their arses without question.
1) Samoa has a population of approx 180000 and an area of 1093 sq miles.
2) Tonga has a population of approx 103,000 and an area of 360 sq miles.
3) Fiji has a population of approx 850000 and an area of 51093 sq miles (ironically they are a biggest and are not an automatic qualifier for 2015).
Other small countries in comparison, like;
a) Georgia have a population of 4.5 million and an area of 27000 sq miles.
b) NZ have a population of 4.5 million too but the area is larger,,,ie 103400 sq miles.
