The Toulouse scrumming in the first half was superb and they were better in that Department despite them trailing by 6 points.
Problem is they had Fat Fart Steenkamp on the bench. Second half and Steenkamp came on and the scrumming of Toulouse became seriously problematic. He gave away an easy penalty stretching the Saracens lead to 16 - 7. The game went on and after a penalty and try by Toulouse - the score is 17-16 in Toulouse's favour.
What happened then Fat Fart gave away another penalty that could have been converted - fortunately for Toulouse, it was not. Of the SA players on show - eg the Springbok squad lot - Rallepele was average, Vermaak just above average and Steenkamp unadulterated SHIT.
When will Meyer ever learn that Steenkamp - incapable of being the starting prop for Toulouse - is as near as possible to useless that anyone could be.
