Saracens vs Wasps

So much spirit in this NH rugby.....our stadiums are quiet by contrast. Sarries had so much energy at the off, Wasps seemed at half pace. Big games are decided so often by energy. Wasps filled with clever players....Goperth, deJong, Wade, Daly, Willie.....but just overwhelmed up front. The game effectively over after 20minutes. Willie popped up nicely to take de Jongh's pass for a try.......as the commentator said "Le Roux should be a battle ship on their radar" referring to the Boks. Koch looked pretty good at scrum time, has he learned the dark arts up north? Looking at the likely Pom opposition.....Farrell is a pro, remorseless as the commentators said. The Vunipola brothers will test us....Mako in particular was massive. Launchbury missed a lineout or two....but Kruis was good. The Sarries counter rucking was awesome and should be the template for the Poms. Hughes (who is not touring)as the game progressed, Daly, and Robson all look in good form. The call against Daily's 'try' was pretty controversial. Brilliant de Jongh try saving tackle on Goode. Willie still has major gas...as the commentator said 'what balance when he runs'. Any kid watching at home watch Willie and watch him again...they say. And Stephanie should watch Itoje.....not on the left wing, in the middle of the battle making it hard for the opponent. But hahaha Itoje pops up on the right wing, catches the ball unlike Stephanie steps a tackler and scores. And back comes Wasps through Thompson and Willie and finally Wade....lovely rugby. Clear forward pass for Sarries next try....14 point reffing swing with the denied Daly try. Farell the MOM in an enjoyable game.
