SARU has a new all-expenses paid programme - they have workshops

Talk is cheap money buys the whisky - that fact has never dawn on SARU and all the theories they discuss will just produce a pink elephant without any substance.  
Wednesday there was a conference on Physical Fitness enhancement  carrying on after there was a meeting with the medical doctors on contract with the Super Rugby Franchises.
There may be some changes in the offing - apparently the Stormers development programmes insofar as physical fitness is concerned and players now have to train harder than eve before.  
However, I do not think all this meetings will have a direct beneficial effect - as the present processes resulting in -
*   a total lack of any game plan;*   a crazy selection process; and*   loss of trust in the coaching establishment by players.
There is no way the above deficiencies would be addressed   while Coetzee is the coach.   It is basically done to mislead the   public and there is no chance that the recent conference after conference will snot address the problems.
