These teams are fun but nobody in their right minds would pick that as Bok team. Dreyer - bwahahahahahahhahaha Good for a laugh

I don't think they are trying to pick a Bok team. They are choosing the players who made the biggest contributions to their sides in the given week.

Ag BS again - the picks of a journalist is now suddenly the norm to follow,   I rather use my eyes and objectivity and not the BS indicated  above.

You do that every week and the results are mediocre.

O sure -but in my book scoring of tries has a meaning - in yours it does not count.   In my book the strength of the opposition counts - but since performance is perverted, in your cas e it does not.

So lets look at some of the performance-based players above - please note the results are based on actual stats as well:-

Franco Mostert  -  27 points   :   Cobus Wiese  -  61 points

Ruan Dreyer      -  29 points   -   Wilco Louw   -  42 points

Jacques van Rooyen  27 points -  Steven Kitshoff 42 points

Handre Pollard  * - 46 points   -   Damiabn de Allende - 60 points

                                                    Andre Estyerhuizen -  58 points

E Jantjies            -    24 points  -  Robert du Preez     -    41 points

Marvn Ori          -    29 points  -  JD Schickerling    -    42 points

L Erasmus          -     3 points   -  Lood de Jager       -    28 points

I do not pick failed players based on actual performance and stats in any team suggestion of mine.   Despite the newspaper reporters wanting to punt players to enlarge newspaper sales I actually look at what the players actually achieved without reputation Mozart loves so much.

Jantjies actually failed at flyhalf - he was on par with Lleyds - another failure,  I would pick du Preez ahead of him and that is the reason why I picked Pollard at flyhalf,

Ruan Dreyer ahead of Wilco Louw is a joke in bad taste and so is Erasmus ahead of Schickerling.

The above points are based on actual performancc stats.   If the differences are minor you could make a choice going either way - if it is large as in this case - you have to wonder about the sanity or objectives of the journalist.involved.

Not make believe stats - BSter.   I will quote it for you.

There are circa 12 thousand  participants and overall I am in position 502

Of the 52 members of the Ruckers Forum  1 League  I am in position 7 only 40 points behind the leader in that League

I take part in 9 other 14 member Leagues  competing against other members on a Head-to-Head basis.   The position is as follows:-

 No 1    -  3 Leagues

No 2     -   ! League

No 3    -    3 Leagues

No 4    -    1 League

No 5    -    1 League

In 8 of the Leagues I have the same points as the League leaders with the point difference deciding the position.

In one of the Leagues I was up against John Eales - remember him?   I beat him, by more than 150 points.   The opponent in the past week was another Aussie rugby commentator - Macca/s Mob - whom I beat  by more than 240 points.

I am not going to repeat the info in future and best advice is that you stop your lies in this case.   LMAO

You must be gone nuts to suddenly say stats do not count.   We all know you use stats to discredit players you do not like and use some part of the stats to promote others you like.  So nothing new here.
