Thought this new ruling was to be applied stringently. Some refs apply it now and some ignore it. Noticed some feeds still not being in line with the tunnel. We need consistency here otherwise it will question the integrity to the laws of the game. Surely this is a straight forward issue.

Likewise forward passes, fetching and binding. Every ref has their own interpretation. But I agree, the scrum feed ought to be the simplest to solve.

Totally agree about the scrum feeds.......
Either apply the rule or do away with the rule.
A complete shambles even with the SA refs.
