This kid made quite an impression for the Kings. Am I correct in saying he never played in any of the Baby Bok warm up games this year?

I like the looks of this kid in the highlights. He may be small, but he looks exceptionally strong. But most important for me he is a competitor.....he got two sniffs, and made it happen. That second try was never on....he created it.
Apparently he finished school in November so perhaps he is only eligable to represent the baby boks this year
Yes he is small but he might get away with it being short and stocky in the Jason Robinson mould. He does look for work and that hand off even put Steph du Toit's to shame.
The big lad, think it was their 13, who was on the receiving end of that hand off must have felt a like a real muppet.
Bokshark, Theron selected his Baby Bok trial sides this year, so Petersen was out of school by then so in effect Theron missed him, much like he did Marcel Coetzee

Petersen was not in the Under 20WC trials because he was in the Kings Super 15 squad and not available for the trials. Theron mentioned that those players who were not available for the trials for the said reason would not be excluded from selection for the final Under 20WC squad should their form so justify. I do not think that Petersen would be excluded from selection of the latter squad because he was not at the trials.
