Then it is playing away against the Reds or Crusaders away. With the Brumbies out- neither a great prospect- especially with both teams back to full strength.
likely sharks vs reds

Agreed Sharkbok.
one thing is clear - this conference system is rubbish!
Commion sense will tell us that the Bulls and Sharks will win and that the Stormers will go top of the table.
However after seeing what has gone on with the front half of the games so far who would bet that there may be another twist or two to come....sheesh this stuff is bloody exciting!!!!!
Its looking good for South African Teams to take 3 spots and rightly so as we have been the most dominant over the entire season!!!
Stormers must now be a certainty to take the competition with Fortress Newlands being the inpenatrable force it is....
Go the Bokkie

The heading is wrong. In the case of the Bulls a win with a point difference of 1 point only is required. In the case of the Sharks - they need to win by at least 5 points for them to go through. Pleasae go and look at the Point difference issue here. The Brumbies, Sharks and Bulls will all have 10 wins each and then the point difference is the next detterminator. At this stage the point differences are as follows:-
The Bulls - 87 points
The Brumbies - 73 points
The Sharks - 69 points
THAT IS WHY ONLY A FIVE POINT WIN BY THE SHARKS IS REQUIRED IN THIS CASE - FOUR TRIES ARE NOT NECESSARY
valid point mike- in fact wins for both should be enough as the points difference will be more than brumbies
