Whil we ahve had a few misguided posters bleating on about how totally superior they think the sharks were after their very narrow win I am posting this in rthe vain hope they may come to their senses! The operative word being vain.

Ex Supersport:

“They put us under pressure, particularly in the first half, and we didn’t respond well to that pressure. But I still believe in what we are doing, and a season record that shows just three losses in 17 starts reflects that. I know standards are very high in Cape Town, and I respect that. We’ve just got to become more clinical with ball in hand and learn to have patience.

In this match in the end it was down to the Sharks taking the chances that came their way and us not. One of their tries came off a scrum move and was really good, but the other try they scored was from a kick that we never fielded.”(That 7 point winning margin came from one ball never fielded. Is that the  sum of the sharks much acclaimed superiority? hahahahahaha)

The Stormers did butcher some great chances towards the end of the game, and even the Sharks coaches admitted afterwards they thought they were in trouble on a good few occasions only for the Stormers to choose the wrong options

So it was the Stormers losing the game rather than the sharks winning it if this journalist is to be believed!!! Of course the sharks coaching staff knew the true story an dknew they were in trouble. Unfortunately some fans have got all hyped up and lost balance and perspective.

Sorry to rub in the obvious but Beeno keeping it real once more.

It is terribly sad to read things written with such bitterness. Beeno1 are you such a bad loser ? I think you should just face up to it and accept your team was very much outgunned in every department. Even the defence was shown to be a myth. When they did decide to play rugby they looked better. Does it normally take the Stormers 65 minutes to switch on ?

They had a good season. but not good enough .

Now get behind the Sharks, they represent the best of South Africa.

be a proper sportsman beeno....look at the scoreboard. its a lose so take it on the chin and move on with your life. if the stormers played a proper game pattern and played a superior balanced game and if they were coached the correct way then the shoe would have been on the other foot. your boys scraped through and everyone kept on praising the oh so wonderfull AC but toe the paw paw die fan strike......was poor old no cups coetzee all but at sea.

old AC is a master ass kisser because how he managed to survive so long only he knows.

Rocket Girl all I seem to say to you is read my posts. I will be shouting for the sharkies if not screaming.

Stu you might want to be more complimentary of the SA Conference winners and side that topped the log - the Mighty Stormers.  Also please do accept that Plumtree and the other sharks coaches know what they are talking about even if you and some others here do not. Hahahahahahahhaha

I do hope Rocket Girl knows about these great achievements.  Rocket Girl has been badly led astray I think!  She is jumping to all the wrong conclusions.  So busy with the Stalin Organ she is not reading my posts before commenting on my stance.

Beeno appealing to all gainsayers  to find some balance, truth and realism.  Harken unto the wise words of Plumtree and Beeno  - the ones who know what happened.

garethed the Reds were number 6 on the log points wise.  Wining the Oz conference put them at 3.

Next!

Its like taking candy from a baby! Hahahhahaha

@beeno1,

heres a tip for u bro, begin ur blogs with, "once upon a time" and end them with, "and they lived happily ever after" and u wont have anyone argue with ur posts which while entertaining, belong in the same realm as other fairytales, :)

Can we put away all over inflated egoes, puffed up pride, excessive chestbeating and delusionary behaviour and agree that the fortuante sharkies won a close one. Some good sportmanship would be appreciated rather than all this froth and fanciful stuff.

Good luck to the sharkies etc.

Also I appeal to all to now to unite and support the Sharkies as they travel downunder to take on the chiefs and walshie as well I suspect. The Kiwis are also invited to support the Sharkies lest they feel left out.

Sharkbok you are sounding like a grandmother - Luke's grandmother at that! Hahahhahahaha

Only reason the Sharks coaches admitted to being in trouble was because they gave the Stormers the respect of not bringing their bags to the stadium so they could head to the airport right after the game...Trouble was they almost missed their flight as they had to return to the hotel room..Remember this Beeno...The cream always rises to the top!! All of your comments stem from 1 place...You are hurting so you taking it out on us Sharkies but its not us you are angry at..Nothing we do can put the Stormers on the field this weekend...Its over mate...You had a good run but its time for the men to part the boys and thats what has happened....I have my tickets for the game and will be making the trip from Auckland to Hamilton this weekend. Just know that the whole 145km journey couldn't have happened without the Stormers ;-) I just thank god everyday that the Stormers stuck to their gameplan and didnt try anything different because with their gameplan, the result was cut and dry before kick-off...Definition of insanity..To keep doing the same thing over and over whilst expecting different results...that game plan was exposed in Durban and exposed again in CPT...Only thing that irritates me is that the Sharks get well ahead and let the Stormers come back..We had the chance to put them away 13+ in both games but for some reason, we dont like to put it to them and embarrass them...Now hang that Sharks shrine you have under your bed on the wall and get behind the boytjies!!!

@beeno1,

u are by far the most entertaining blogger here, u have excuses ready to fire regardless of what the result is, i guess this is ingrained into u after a life time  of suppoorting the stormers and to a lesser exten the Boks. i mean u were posting before the stormers sharks game that walsh was going to be factor IF the stormers lose and now ur expecting him to champion the chiefs cause, bawahahahaaha, :P

@boklogic,
stormers had no choice but to stick to their plan, they have no clue not one iota of a clus as to how to attack with ball in hand, kick for territory, kick for goal and trust everything else will fall into place. stormers were easily the wekaest of all the semifinalists and only this silly format contibuted heavily to their No1 standings on the combined confernece table entering the finals.

GO CHIEFS!!!

saSUE please look up in a dictionar y and note the difference between might and would be.

Wash might have been a factor was what i suggested not would be. But I have made no criticsm of Walsh and our loss was Not due to him.

Now I also again suggest that Walsh might shaft  the sharks bl style if he goes back to his roots. But he might not - we shall see.

Are you getting it now?

This clueless Stormers side beat many a kiwi side this year so how come your teams struggled so. Hahahahahaha ou saSUE getting out of his depth again. I think we only lost once to a kiwi side and that was when we lost both locks early in the game and we had second string lose forwards on and were blown out of the game by a nz ref  for off sides but still managed to outscore the crusaders by 2 tries to 1!!!!  Priceless!

I am sure saSUE you regret your unfortnate remarks. Best go back to the Katie thread and do some harmless fantasy stuff there!

@beeno1,

LMAO, might and would be, its all insinuating factors to everything bar a subpar stormers performance. and that crusaders match, oh the NZ ref blew them out of a win, bawahahahaahahahah. and two tries to one, priceless, stormers unable to beat crusaders, wether its in newlands, christchurch or the moon, now thats priceless. but im glad u find solitude in that which means nothing, stormers lose but score 2 tries to one. stormers dont make finals, but top the conference,,,beeno1 my saffa buddy, i am trying not to laugh in ur face, but i have to say ur making it rather difficult, o_O
but regardless, its all good. stormers deserve a pat on the back for topping the combined conference, even if they didnt play the chiefs, who BTW beat ALL saffa sides they faced. wonder what the chiefs could have done to the stormers this year, probably give them a hiding, considering the stormers couldnt beat them last year when their team while having talent, was still usless, even finishing last in the NZ conference,,,food ofr thought aye ben10??? :P
