Sharks D irector of Rugbu - who will it be?

 Mitchell - he is a Kiwi

Mitchell must be coach. He lives in Durban and has been an international coach. He has won the Curry Cup and coached 2 SuperXV teams.
He is another tyrant, however with the depth of the squad at Durban he should be under less pressure- so he should be fine.
He cracked up when he was coach of the Lions because the team had lots of injuries but no depth. The pressure got to him and he made some mistakes like calling many of the players crap in the media- which they actually were. The team revolted including the captain Josh something or another who is now in Scotland. 

Gard Gold is another kick and chase coach from South Africa. He is a forward with no understanding of back-line play. I remember he was being interviewed on live TV when he was assistant Bok coach. The interviewer was saying that kicking the ball away is just giving away possession.
Gary Gold insisted that kick and chases are 50/50 balls and this is why the Boks uses them.
What Gold could not understand by the interviewer comments is that kick and chases are only 50/50 balls if the kick is a good one in the first place where the chaser can compete in the air.
Given that at least half of of the time,  the kick is not good and does like allow the chaser to compete in the air- so this that makes it only 25/75 at best. 
Jake White was good for the Brumbies as he helped them with things like defence and forward play. Jake White was a forward when he played rugby, and he had the likes of Larkham to continue with the backs. He complimented the Brumbies and even taught them mauling and some typical SA commitment. 
Mitchell was a backline player and he would be good for the Sharks. The Sharks have the best pack in the tournament, but our backline was poor in the SuperXV and still is in the Curry Cup - even though their are some quality backs. 
Gary Gold is a forward with even less understanding of backline play than Jake White. 

Mitchell is the best option by far. He will get the backline working as a unit, which behind the Sharks pack will score tries.
Something the Stormers have admitted is that scoring tries and attacking rugby is what the fans want to see.The Sharks and WP are traditionally running rugby and expansive teams. 
The whole of South Africa has become Bulls rugby in recent years. 

I think Moz would make a good coach - does anyone have his number?

 Moz would be a great tighthead coach

Mozart will struggle - the  Sharks squad does not have enough over 30 players that  he could select his team from.   A fter all Jacq ues Botes is retiring t his season and the backline players are virtually all young.   He will have to sign some more geriatrics to fill up the team.   

You see how modest and reserved Moz is he never even defended his candidacy for the job. No, he is just a misunderstood chap

 Don't rule out Dr Brendon Venter. Great rugby brain and coach AND well connected to John Smit.
