I saw a report on News24 referring to the injury problems of the Sharks,   They referred to the fact that there are two long term injuries (Du Toit and Lambie) and a string of short term injuries as well.

They then referred to the fact that Steyn was limping around the field yesterday and that he has problems with both knees.   Whether that would affect his future selection is not clear - but they seem to think that it would not help the team on their Australiasian tour.

Steyn is slow enough without any injury niggles and with them he would produce nothing of substance  for them.   Not that he produced anything much for them thus far in this series other than kicking at goal.

Be it as it may.  the issue of the Jordaan injury remains a problem - he was supposed to be back last week - but is apparently not available yet.  The tour starts next week and one can only hope that eh would be available - since he can and probably would play at 12 if Steyn is not available.   .
