Nice start by Sharks. Peyper gives the Sharks a jumping across penalty, but the lineout throw was totally skew, should have been a Jaguares scrum.

Jaco says 'I'm the referee'....but totally misses the next high tackle. What a twat!

Very even game so far, as reflected on scoreboard.

Thomas the Train! How would you like to have tackled that bloke head on as he was heading for the poles!

Cermit misses the up and under to let the argies back into the game.

Good pressure kick by Bosch.....but Tucalet makes a great take and the Jags are back in it.

Etienne Ostuizen having a good game. Like a younger fat Albert- but also effective at the ruck

Peyper's list of errors shown up by video....forward pass was so obvious.

Phillip van der valt seems a better captain.
Bizzare how an almost test XV of the Argies can be beaten by a Super Rugby team at home

Useful win for the Sharks.....they didn't do too much, but the Jaguares as usual made many mistakes. This team tries to do too much, at times they need to settle the ball.

I was impressed by Du Toit in the prop position yesterday. The Jaguares has a strong scrum and he was standing up to them well as well as doing well in other aspects of the game.
Another player that made a top impression was Van der Walt who was always a top no 8 where we have problems at present.

Thomas Du Toit is a class act. I've said so on numerous occassions. Vastly superior to the heart palpatating Beastie ... and no doubt a prospect for the Bok 1 jersey.
No ... we don't have an issue at 8. Whiteley is the man for the position and with it the captaincy.
Anyway ... well played, Sharks.

Actually the Jags don't have a good scrum. The commentators mentioned their season scrum success percentage, and said it was considerably below the Sharks. As for Thomas du Toit he had a good game in the loose, but I have yet to see him put any real pressure on a top notch tighthead, which frankly amazes me....he looks incredibly strong.

Three Shark players impressed me in this game.
du Toit, Bosch and Coenie.
du Toit with his play and support in the loose.Bosch with his kicking.Coenie with his power and mobility.
Pleased to see them have a good game.
The Sharks have had a few near wins this season but it is indeed great to see them win.
