The best tour by any team in the SuperXV in 2014.3 out of 4 games won, with one close loss.
The New Zealand teams were not able to cope with the physicality.
a 7 man Sharks scrum was bullying the Blues scrum all over the show

What is  even more interesting is that the cream of NZ, the "mighty" chiefs (note lower case) has not won a single game yet on tour to either SA or Oz. The best they could manage was a draw against the Cheetahs and the Bulls.

I think Rugby Union would take a backward step to the dark ages if the Sharks were to win the competition playing this negative brand of rugby - we've all seen it before in the Brumbies vs Chiefs finals last year - just saying!
Having said that, Congradulations Sharks - to the Victor go the spoils. Enjoy.
To the Blues Coach - Sir JK with due respect, it high time you stepped aside and let ME  coach the Blues.

Was out today and and forgot to record the game but will try and do so when the match is repeated.
I see on Supersport - "Yes, it happened again – there wasn’t a red card this time, but the Sharks had to spend 20 minutes of the second half down to 14 men because of yellow cards dished out to first Jannie du Plessis and then Frans Steyn. It was hard to make out on the television evidence what Du Plessis was carded for, but in Steyn’s case he was definitely lying all over the ball.
Seems the ref was doing his best for the Blues.
JW Sirs John and Graham again schooled by Master Jake?

The lying over the ball is an exact quote from the commentary....the facts are a Blues backline player was taken down in space. Frans was trailing the play and the first player over the ball. He was in perfect fetching posture when a Blues player flew in off his feet... landing well on the Sharks side, and I believe upsetting Steyn. There were two penalties for the Sharks.. holding  on and diving that should have been awarded to the Sharks before the Frans supposed infraction.

As for the forward pass.....pure, unadulterated cheating.

Just watched the game - can't believe no ref asked to check the Kaino tackle on Mtembu. Shoulder charge to the head.
