My Sharks still didnt impressive me, even if they got the bonus point. This was a badly depleted Lions team, but I'll take the win. Still not happy with our half-wit captain....how can we have a skipper who obviously doesnt know the rules. Lambie did quite well and the backs were ok but theres still something missing overall. Burden needs to get some game time.

Sharks could have beena bit more clinical and not allowed lions backs into the game too often.
Lions of course never gave up and it was a very spirited display that earned respect..
Positives for sharks were the new boys in the front row doing a reasonable job. Alberts is back and of course Deysel will be back shortly.
McCloed again was better than Mishlack and one wonder why he doesn't start. Lambie was excellent and his kicks for goals from very tricky positions showed his BMT. Whitehead was a bit bettter and JP is setting in well at 13. Movovo also was good and Riaan although he is still a bit quiet was also better. Great try that was finished off by Bosman.
Sharks not quite clicking but improving.
Daniels was again pretty unproductive.
Choosing Daniel as captain was the biggest mistake they've made. At most he should be on the bench and hes a liability with all the penalties hes giving away.
I was very happy with Lambies performance. I still think he's a better 15 but hes no slouch at 10 thats for sure.
The Whitehead / JP combo is starting to look good but overall I still think vast improvment is needed if we want to beat the Reds.
It's the same old story over again...Mr Plumtree stubbornly insisting on his own way of playing players out of position...seems to have a bee in his bonnet about this...or is it ego/pride or arrogance,
Lambie is a fullback...Michalak is better @ 10 and leave Mcloed @ 9 for the full game...I'm fully convinced that all the pieces will start knitting together. Stop experimenting...its too late for that...it looks like we never learn...been down that road several times before.
The Sharks could be a devastating combo if fitted together right...I'm sure of that.
South African packs must dominate and you don't do this by playing a Keegan Daniels - who in any case is well off the boil. Bring him on off the bench when there is more space etc.
