However, before I deal with the problem now we have to go back to the origins of the hysteria that hit the site,  In 2014 Dave and I made a major mistake in what we wrote about some players - comments which has resulted in hate campaign against certain players that no one believe could reach the levels it did.

In 2014 with the return of Botha and Matfield it was clear they were not up to standard - so Dave and I wrote about potential alternatives and the names we came up was De Jager and Du Toit as better players to invest in.   Also on 2014 we wrote about the fact that De Allende seemed good enough to be considered as center,   Heaven forbid - why not Frans Steyn?   He was the hero of 2007 and how dare we have different ideas from the Mozart crowd.

The result was a total onslaught on those three players and what Mozart and his side-klicks then did was amazing.   They started studying games not to see who did well - they started threads stating how they  found  occurrences nobody else found so they could blame the three players for deficiencies,   Typical examples are endless - and so is the threads they started to if.

The technique used was to make a totally unproven statement on site and then repeat it as if it is the truth.   Another technique used by Mozart and Co is to lie about what happened and then came with a  story that the players should have done something that was physically impossible.

The other person who became totally unacceptable to them is Erasmus.  He got the job ahead of White - so the maligning of Erasmus started the day he was appointed and it is still ongoing.   I happened to support the Erasmus appointment and that led to unabated attacks on him.   What especially AO came up with is really amazing.

I think I should apologize to members about supporting selection of certain players and the appointment of Erasmus as coach - the attacks are  relentless and total void of fact so it is all based on an extreme level of prejudice,  It is clear to respond to especially Mozart and AO just cause further disruption in the Board and my advice to members are - if they write BS on site - just ignore what is written and laugh it off as totally without merit.

Sh!t, Oom Maaik, stop stirring!

I suspect this WC victory is extra fun because you can rub it in. Shame on you!

The only trouble with that logic is the WC was won with a playing style Muck said was completely outdated and a sure loser. He also couldn't say a good word about Willie, Am, Pollard, the Beast, Louw, Mostert and Vermeulen.

So not so much fun.

I find this World Cup victory quite amusing. It was achieved quite differently from how Dreck had imagined. The core players were the very three he demanded to retire last year. His beloveds were exposed. On one hand, the Boks won - in the manner I had predicted, something Dreck said was "idiot speak" before the final; on the other, he lacks the means to defend any of his positions. It is bittersweet, and one he could only ever fully enjoy were he a real Bok fan. This is going to eat him up for the remainder of his life on earth and he has J-Raz to blame for betraying him! It couldn't have unfolded more hilariously. I am most grateful to José Erasmus for this delightful gift. The true measure of the validity of these words is found in Dreck's ever-increasing vitriol post-final.

This is the real situation - the country has had a series of disasters over the past decade and  the winning of the trophy was at least some reason to celebrate something achieved and hundreds and thousands of people gathered all over the country to celebrate it,   What happened on this site is a real tragedy.   Instead of celebration on this site the petty hatred of the coach and some players  caused the Mozart clique to piss on the achievement in what they write on this site.  That to my mind is what never was the intention by the majority of members - the minority          did so.

I think and said elsewhere already one should not dignify their totally deceitful conduct with a response - they do not deserve one.

Oh dear...here we go again...one would have thought a WC victory would have quenched all the frustrations here and blown the cobwebs out.

There were obviously still embers in the fire and all it took was a blast of wind to get the fire roaring again.

Seb it could all have been avoided if they had listen to Beeno right back from when Rassie was coaching Free State.
