Wales just need to beat Ireland and they'll win the Six Nations, the Triple Crown and the Grand Slam.
(Note that England can't catch Wales if they win with a bonus point and Wales win without a bonus point because there are 3 additional bonus points given to any team that wins all their matches . . . a rule that was added to prevent this exact scenario where bonus points can deny a Grand Slam-winning team from winning the title ).
England would need to win and hope that Ireland beat Wales or draw.
Ireland would need to beat Wales and hope that Scotland beat England or draw.
There is one unlikely caveat . . . the only way that Ireland could overtake England in the event of them both winning is if England fail to score a bonus point and Ireland beat Wales by 65 points + England's winning margin.
