The Boks attacking structure looked a little better. However, he still employed that Skop 'N Pop game. 

As per new combinations: Andre and Kriel are not new. Neither is Elton. Louw and Steph are experienced campaigners. Mapimpi and Nkosi aren't new to test rugby. Eben and Lood have been playing for the Boks for years. The entire starting front row has test experience. There were some new faces in the mix: Gelant (1 test last year), Herschel and Elstadt. On the bench we had two players under 10 test caps: Orie (1) and Gqoboka (0). The rest have experience. Only Orie was under 28, at 26 years of age. This wasn't a young bench, but players in their physical prime. 

I'm not seeing anything special about Rassie's Boks. The Aussies put all of their eggs in one basket and lost the breakdown battle. Three maligned players contributed most to that: Andre, Eben and Louw. 

A scrumhalf who has never played as a combination with Elton Jantjies, and was in his first test. An eight-man who has never played with the scrumhalf as a combination.

A back row where everyone was out of position, let alone experience combining. 

Fullback Gelant does not have much experience with either of the 2 wingers.

Carthuizen only has a few tests, so he does not really have experience combining with anyone. It looks like things will remain like this..

Frans Steyn has played with very few of these players, and he has not played inside centre for his club for some time.

How did the Boks lose against Australia? Would it have a little something to do with Damian, a player you and Pinky branded the best 12 in world rugby, destined to be "the GOAT of GOATs". I can tell by your high pitched squawks that you are in turbo reverse, and you cannot keep it together.

Watched a highlight of the last England test. That no arms high tackle on Estehuizen deserved a Red. Instead the Boks didn't even get a penalty - thereby preventing a Bok win. It was an absolute disgrace and underlined what the Boks were up against that afternoon. 

If the Boks had justice add in a win for the Boks. Then add in this win against Oz. 

Exclude the draws from the Calc and tell me what Rassie's win loss ratio is.

The fact is that Rassie is a top flight rugby brain and coach. His attention to detail is tremendous. 

Those trashing this coach need to wise up.

They also need to admit Rassie pulled off an amazing win against Oz. 

Would love to have heard his half time talk.

More than anything, I'm having great fun with the fact that J-Raz is everything Herr Mike of Clever has been whining against for years. It couldn't be more perfect! The stars were in motions for years, purely to align so sweetly to give me the great LOL of this Age. It's a wondrous thing to behold! 

Do I hate J-Raz? No. He is however, at this point in time, average. His most ardent supporters have gone overboard, making scores of errors to re-imagine reality.

Er asmus according to you are average - so in fairness Meyer was desperately poor in comparison.  

No, Meyer's record, with more vulnerable personnel, was better. His game was superior, and actually ahead of the curve. Most people only started talking of the concepts he implemented after a couple of articles in 2016 about patterns of play. Things I pointed out years before that. Things which more astute rugby minds saw in rugby league decades ago! 

I live in hope that J-Raz will catch-on. Theonly reason you are so emotionally devoted to him is because, in your typical tribe x; tribe y thinking, have built him up to be the anti-Meyer. Just like Obama voters defended him because he was the anti-white.

The superior game lost against Japan for obvious reasons .- there was the classical lack of any game plan on the part of Meyer.  What game plan are you talking about?  There was the traditional Bulls game plan where the participation ended at 10 and the backline was there for defense only.   That is the end of what Meyer brought to the game.

Kick the shit out of the ball and do not play a ball--in-hand game because in his own words the SA players do not  have the skill to play any such game.   Because it was so predictable t ultimately flopped and in the process Meyer sacrificed Morne Steyn because it was totally unwinnable rugby.

You dream up BS about what Meyer's game plan was - but even Hansen said before the only test in which the AB;s was eaten that they do not know what  Pollard will bring to the game - because at that stage Pollard was a more effective rugby player in his youth and not a kicking dummy.   Within a year Meyer turned him into a carbon copy of  Morne  Steyn and he was not suited to be so and was on and off selected to play according to the Meyer plan.

The same happened to Willie le Roux - his game became stale and it was his saving that he went to play club rugby in England where he recovered from the simplicity of Meyer's, attitude to the game.   

If Erasmus catch on what you said he should he will be doomed as another dud Springbok coach.
