In the States, when a coach flounders he often goes back to the college game to reinvent himself, not look for an even bigger position. Strange world, rugby world that is.
Jones signed with the Stormers and left because of a better contact of the English - they had to pay dearly for his release. Same will happen with Mitchell - if he in fact leaves.

Ask the squad backline players - they have repeatedly said Jones taught them things about backline play they have never heard before. That has been written in the media too, White was never capable of coaching backline players and where he had a strong person in Larkham to coach the Brumbies backline he was successful. In the case the Sharks the backline failed miserably in 2014 because of the White and Steyn combination.
Imagine how bad the Bools would have been without Mitchel ? Betcha didnt think of that eh ?
