about Jake White that vindicates my opinion of him as our finest coach? Some on here have described him as being useless, average and as Joke White. That being the case it must be a funny kinda Joke White who has taken the Brumbies to their first final in 11 years....some kind a Joke that in a matter of 2 years he has taken the Brumbies from being cellar dwellers to a S15 final......some kind of joke that under "Joke" White the Brumbies were the only Ozzie side to beat the British Lions, had enough luck to beat the much better Cheetahs and manufactured a win against the self destructing Bulls on Bulls territory in front of a Bulls crowd.

There is only one Joke left, that ofcourse belongs to  SARU and the political bigots who pushed JW into foreign hands. It's hard to believe anyone can be that dumb but the facts are there for all to see and while the World Authorities on here will manufacture all sorts of excuses for Jake's many successes the laugher coming from Brumbie HQ is reverberating around the rugby world.

Spot on denny. It must be so sweet for White doing it at Loftus....these were the disloyal buggers who tried to get him fired in 2006. The Brumbies aren't a great team...but they were so professionally prepared. They stopped the Bools maul dead....and with that, half of their offence.. And that last try. While the clueless Bools midfield were camped to the left, the Brumbie 13 sneaked left and joined his flyhalf who only had Flip Flop to beat for the outside gap. The move was beautifully executed with Kuridrani set deep behind his flyhalf ready to run onto the ball with pace.

And how about the master stroke bringing back George Smith....he was worth any two Bools forwards

If my memory serves me right, Dave had George Smith's return as another Jake White blunder.

 Blunder? Hell it's the best player move of the whole S15

 While I agree that Jake has shown he is no joke and has had the last laugh in so many respects I fail to see how he engineered Dewaldt turning down three penalty kicks or got the ref to ping Greyling when Alexander was binding on Greylings arm which is illegal. Fact is despite Jake the bulle should have won this but they shot themselves in the foot and were done in by craig - a weak ref.

The best forward on the park was Jaque Potgieter by some way. Even Stegman matched George. The bulle forwards dominated the second half and dominated the scrumming once Mellet and Visagie were playing. George made a few steals and not much else. 

The two sides loosing in the semis were the better sides.

Its amazing how one penalty gives one all the bragging rights.

 Hasbeeno, you can't honestly believe the garbage you spew forth! Smith was way above any Bulls forward and as for your continual whining about ref decisions, please STFU! You embarrass your countrymen who have both eyes open. 

@Denny - Jake has done well - but Link also did the same with the Reds in 2010/2011 and he won it... If Jake does win next week and hes up against it.... then he will equal Link's effort in this regard. I think JW is a great coach and YES if I was a saffa who is tired of continuosly loosing Id be shaking my head too...

@Beeno - you seem like a good lad and defiintely different person to storminged... but Joubert was on bools side the whole night. The fac tthe brumbies dominated the bools at the scrum was undeniable and Joubert even tried numerous resets to avoid penalising their soft fwd pack.

@Moolaa - finally we agree about something - Georgey Smith was easily best player on the field.... for the bools have to say black haired potgeiter...

Nope, had Morne taken those simple kicks the game would have been the Bulls as it should have been. It had nothing to do with Jake at all and everything to do with the plain stupidity of a captain who was clearly out of tune with his coach who was screaming blue muder down the walkie talkie.

That was a game thrown away by the Bulls. The better side lost, just as the better side lost the first semi of the day
