…..no not really. But watching the elbow to the jaw challenge by Fabinho on Son in today’s Spurs|Liverpool game…..one was struck by the fact that in a rugby match he would at least have had 10 minutes on the bench.
Soccer still has the appeal of minimally reffed sport. Rugby has so many infractions that are technical rather than actually dangerous it has dulled the sport.
