Some concerning stats with the real rugby ahead....

Coetzee 3 turnovers . Kriel and Stepfontein 2 turnovers\ . Rhule 1 tackles made 4 missed . Jac-ou Kriel 8 tackles made 3 missed . Our backline is going to be shredded in the Oz/Nz games if some changes aren't made. And we need to have two power loosies, if you have Kolisi Kriel is a luxury we can't afford. Mostert is starting to look overplayed but Stephanie hardly made a case today.

Just looking at the turnovers alone it doesn't look good. In the ABs vs Wobblies game the ABs had 18 turnovers, 10 conceded by backs (5 by SBW). Maybe the ABs backs just had a bad day or perhaps it was the pressure the Wobblies' backs put on them. You are right though, it does not look good for the Boks backs.

It's frusrating that we have persisted with Step/Kriel/Rhule through these matches. It was an opportunity to bed a backline with a chance to compete. Instead we have deluded ourselves playing these physically challenged backs against poor opposition and now if we make a change there will be no opportunity to build combinations.

 I thought Serfontein played well against France or do I have that wrong?

 As per normal Mozart has not been able to fid negative comments on Du Toit.   He is right about Rhule, Kriel ad Serfontein though.  
I cannot see how the present Loosie combination would do against the Aussies and AB's.
  

 
Jaco Kriel is a 6 ... why play him at 7?

Quota Kolisi is a 7 ... why play him at 6?

Cassiem is a 7 ... why play him at 8?

Du Preez is the best loosie of the bunch ... the only one with real physicality ... why keep him on the bench?

Serfontein hasn't stepped up to the big boys arena yet. He's no comparision to either Vorster or Rohan.

Jesse Kriel is an embarrassment to our sport. A chump if ever there was one.

Rhule is a laugh a minute. Pace is all he has. A rugby brain ... not.

We have a mess as our back three ... a mess at midfield ... and a clown on the wing.

We have better options on the other wing and I'm sure we can do better at 15.

With all that ... we still managed to thump the Pumas ... and I haven't even mentioned our front row and their bench cover.

That says a lot for the competition we've faced so far.
