Mostert overall attack effectiveness 89.8 vs Dud Toit 84.6 …..ranking way ahead of Dud Toit. Dud also ranks almost exactly middle of the pack for defensive effectiveness out of all WC players. Most effective defenders at the WC:

The Opta stats are actually constructs….a combination of various measures. Behind that is an algorithm which may or may not be right. Which is why I prefer the underlying raw data we get from ESPN where the combination of variables is transparent.
