SA Politics is a weirdo.  Whenever there is evidence of gross mismanagement - the next attack by Government on rugby follows.   However, it is quiet on that front now - but for how long?

At present there is a crisis of confidence in the ANC.   One of their Ministers (Pallo Jordan)  have been for years touted around and used the term Dr based on his qualifications - yet the bugger has no academic qualifications and the story  broke last week.  Jordan is suddenly put on a pedestal and is now the hero of the left wing.  He resigned from Parliament.   In the absurdity of SA politics - accept that Jordan will blame the Springboks for the fact that he had to resign and the next attack is imminent.

Then we have the Nkandla palace of President Zuma.  Security upgrades at the palace was supposed to cost R75 million.    The cost ended up at R256 million.    The opposition screamed blue murder and the Public Protector submitted a damning report on the issue.    The Report inter alia found that Zuma appointed an Architect to undertake the development and insisted that the Architect and his private contractor be used by the Department.   The Architect went overboard, extended the scope of work beyond recognition  and cleared a massive profit from the Project.

Zuma claims innocence - he was not aware of what was happening.   So he asked the SIU to investigate - the whole scenario was so rotten - that they had to try and whitewash Zuma so the SIU  laid a claim of R155 million against the architect.   Yet the end of the story is not really in evidence.  In a court case the whole appointment scenario and what actually happened will be exploited in full and the shit will hit the fan then.

So what is expected in the latter case.   Obviously it will all be blamed on rugby in the true ANC style.

However, I suspect that Meyer's team will be the equivalent of the above garbage - so lets wa it for Heineke "Zuma"  Meyer to announce that monstrosity.

Only in South Africa

We even have convicted criminals in our police force using their authority and badges to run scams across the country. They don't even have to be South African citizens.

I've lost count as to how many police officials have been caught and convicted of rape, robbery and selling drugs on the side.

This country's been run by a government of which most members have a rap sheet longer than my arm ... starting with the supposed president.

One doesn't even have to be a South African citizen to be in parliament. All you need to do is just say that you are and all's good.

It is abundantly clear we do not have the givernment that is needed. However the ele ctorate is canon fodder to slogans and not well informed or principled enough to give the anc the boot. malema too is on the carpet for illegal doings. Yet he gets votes. At bottom it appears to be a lack of morality. From day one the anc has been plundering the country. They didnt become corrupt they were fully corrupt when taking power. Yet they were the darlings of the media. How deep did the media look? It's all about preception managment to achieve desired ends.

Nah ... I don't think you'll fit in.

Firstly ... do you have a criminal record?

Are you prone to helping yourself to tax payers money ?

You see ... it just wouldn't work out.

Besides we're looking for thick and stupid ... not blunt and rusty.

There's still hope for blunt and rusty ...

Well, Saffex has complained that I don't take charge enough in the past, but I tend to as time passes.
