Spam . . .

I won't deny, the spam can become quite annoying but it doesn't require enormous amounts of brain power to identify which posts are are trying to sell you fake ids or "free" streaming channels to watch rubbish like Yankball and it's not actually that hard just to ignore the spam and scroll past it to the rugby posts.
What is far more annoying than spam is clicking on a recently-updated rugby post only to find it's a regular poster posting nothing but a filler in an attempt to push the spam down the page . . . usually followed by a plaintive whine for a pat on the back because he spent all of Saturday night pushing the spam down the page for what only turned out to be a few minutes anyway. I mean really, don't you people have better things to do?
I don't waste any time clicking on spam because I don't have a primitive little brain like Baboon-ou and I can recognise a spam thread. However, I do click on rugby posts to see what regulars are discussing and when nearly every thread I click on is nothing but a spam-filler then I find that far more annoying than the spam itself.
Stop being such a bunch of drama queens. The Ed will get to it like he's done before and in the meantime - assuming you're not a complete idiot - you can just scroll past the spam.
