Springbok backline positional substitutions?

Not sure who replaced who.
I saw Pollard on the pitch, but Jantjies was on the pitch until the end of the game. Delande was then on the pitch for a while....
Was Pollard playing inside center, with Delande outside center?  
When did Jessy and Serfontein leave the pitch respectively? 
Enter Clumsy Delande.....
Pollard had a few touches- The offload that led to the try was great. 
I would prefer a backline of: 
9. Coetzee
10. Jantjies / Curwin Boch. (Bosch has a good kicking game- and is also pretty expansive. 
12. Pollard / SerfonteinPollard offers more playmaking ability.Serfontein offers solid defense and carries the ball up well but lacks finesse, and outright pace. Maybe start with Sefontein - then bring on a playmaker.


13. RHVJ / AMBoth offer more on attack and defense than Jessy.
14. Willie Leroux / NkosiNkosi is due a game and should get some time off the bench at the EOYT.
15. Coetzee / I see Coetzee more as a placeholder.He is an allrounder- just not exceptional.
11. Skosan / 

Handre Pollard replaced Elton Jantjies at flyhalf . The reason you saw Jantjies back on the pitch at the end of the game was because Pollard was having a concussion test. 
Damian De Allende replaced Jan Serfontein at inside centre. Jesse Kriel stayed at outside centre the whole game.

That makes sense thanks. 
I thought I also saw Dryer back on the pitch for a few minutes.
