Although, look into the players in the wider group and you'll notice they all have ties when Rassie was at the Stormers, Fourie, Elstadt have no value but are all former stormers players. Rassie picks players that fits into his mould and knows he operates. He doesn't take risk on new players and want to coach all of that out of them before he picks them.
