Yes have to feel for Stav. The greater your expectation the bigger the disappointment. Irish expectations were sky high. The fortunate win against the Boks should have been a red flag but in fact was used to justify a huge level of hype.
That said the manner the Irish went down should make them proud. They never chocked and fought to the 82nd minute in a match that could have had another winner.

It's best to just enjoy the rugby and have the best team win. That's the best thing for the casuals, and those uninvested in the teams, and for rugby. A number two team is never going to be the same as one's own side. One of the reasons I have no respect for Bok fans who show servility in supporting New Zealand. There is no option two. However, as we've seen these past six years, many self-professed Bok supporters don't actually care about the Boks. Just enjoy the event Stav.

Maybe France just to break up the South African/New Zealand/Southern Hemisphere monopoly.
