What can one say. Well congrats on SA Conference win! Why didnt alistair , especially g ven the conditions, start with Liebenberg and Quinn and have Fourie starting as a loosie instead of sinclair

Rain made play very difficult but left one feeling again that unless we get back the likes of Vermulen, Schalk, Koster and Etzebeth there is little chance of success.

Beeno - they did grind out a win - but they were nonetheless pathetic.   I think the best forwards were in fact bekker and Elstadt - I would put in Elstadt as a lock and forget about the present one partnering Bekker - he is useless.    However - I do not see Burger returning soon - but pray daily for the return of Vermeulen and Etzebeth.    The latter is on crutches - so he seems also not available soon enough.   Hope Coetzee wakes up sooner rather than later.

No Mike, Beeno has it right. Bring the impressive Quinn Roux in at lock and leave Elstadt at 7. Given how average de Kock Steenkamp is, one can now appreciate why Quinn Roux is throwing in the towel on WP and Stormers rugby. Coetzee is a twit for missing the boat as he has here - clueless

Agreed snapster It seems alistair never adjusted strategy to to game conditions.

We have no chance at all of winning this if we play like this and if we do not get some players back from injury.

Not worried by todays performance. Sign of a great team is figuring out how to win when things aren't clicking. Would be nice to get a good one against the Rebels to get some momentum going into the playoffs.
