Well done to the Stormers great win for them. Perhaps Allister Coetzee will be given the respect he deserves, he is far from STUPID as well as being a very nice person.

Yes indeed, superb performance from the Stormers, especially coming from a bye. I knew they prepared well to get a positive result against the unbeaten side. Full credit to the coach for being decisive regarding the selection. To a extent they definitely improved since the sharks match, next week Stormers vs Crusaders will be a interesting spectacle in prospect. Crusaders played well against the Kings, however Carter will be unavailable so theres possibly another win for Stormers.

Good win to the Brumbies.

Due to the fact that Kiwi refs are all cheats according to Beanob we must accept that the reverse happened and the Brumbies have won.

Where's Beanob to clarify things. Was'nt the refereeing outstanding by the Kiwis this weekend for both the Stormers and Sharks to climb the ladder Beanob?

Why can't all referees be as impartial as the Kiwi refs i wonder ?

Looking forward to next week though when the stormers run into a REAL team.

The Crusaders will SMASH YOU.

It'll be a South African double for our boys and you won't even know what hit you.

Crusaders without Carter and Mccaw are a different proposition.

I say the Stormers will go into the match as favourites.

Although the Crusaders are getting into form, and even without Mccaw and Carter they are one of the best teams.

Stormers did well - BTW though did you see the hit toomua put on jantjies?? that was a cracker...

Jesse Mogg & starting no 9 (name escapes me) were sorely missed by brumbies -

Intercept @ ~70mins (attempted cut-out) pass thrown by a 2nd rower was ridiculous!!!

what the hell is a 110kg 2m tall lock throwing cut-out passes to the wing... that ended the contest right there - otherwise woulda been lot closer. Credit to Stormers though they played well and their tiny backline  (as predicted) did get smashed but kept getting up again...

@black adder - ref wasnt a big issue  in this game although did slightly favour home team...but what do you expect from a kiwi ref...? kiwi refs in general are shocking cheats no questions at all its been proven over and over again... vinne munro / bryce lawrence.. rest my case...

Still lots to like about this brumbies team - but reds were getting some form back with win over bulls @ suncorp I think the re-match between these two will really show where Aussie conference at.

Crusaders in SA will be interesting to see - This crusaders team is shadow of former self - They havent had to play any tough opponents yet and stormers / sharks will test them.

to be honest i felt the brumbies were one foot ont he plane the way they played. apart from that the stormers played a proper game but i felt there was once again not enough on attack for them but a win is a win.

Please black udder the sharkies hardly needed any assistance t o beat the hapless rebels. Your desparation for some credit is showing.

The kiwi ref tried hard to blow our scrum up a smuch as possible. Some call against Kitshoff were daft. He did his best for the brumbie but it wa sno enough in the end. Read Redsmans intelligent post on kiwi refs for further enlightenment!

So each week its the some down under side is going to smash the Mighty Stormers. First it was the wee chiefies and then the brumbies. Now its the wee crusaders - Yaaaaaaawn.

Lets face a few cold facts -  if you dont do it before Etzebeth and Schalk return you wont do it. Bwahhahahahahahahahaha. Can you imagine the forard dominance we will have then Ouch!

I can only hope ou plum sticks with his wee loosies next tiem we meet. He will learn a lesson never to be forgotten - don't mess with Beeno' s power pack and field woosie loosies on top of it.

Beanob according to your bum chum Red the bent Kiwi ref favoured the home side on the weekend. Whereas the other bent kiwi ref favoured the Aussies at the WC.

Obviously a conspiracy then to every dumbarse out there,

Beanob keep dreaming about making the finals. Youre so far down the table you need a search party to find you.

Really am happy about the Stormers flash in the pan win - delighted that they are at last above no 10 on the log. But they better get things right otherwise they will drop down again. Beeno - that back line remains a target - although De Villiers, Aplon and Van den Heever had great games. A bit of thankfulness and modesty is called for - this type of victory as was the one against the Chiefs will help a little bit - but a play-off against the Kings remains a strict possibility. The Mighty Cheetahs is less than 14 days away.

Beeno will be truly interesting if stormers can back up the performance and win again v crusaders. It's true the brumbies were keen to return back to the safety of Canberra (a very civilised) town in comparison to the savages in Africa.

reds looked good on the weekend and haven't seen if where and when reds play stormers this year but reds will smoke the stormers... Not to mention pretenders the crusaders... 2/4 losing to average kiwi opposition I tell you the slide has started for kiwi rugby... Once the wallabies rid themselves of dingo the stuttering kiwi and replace with link Mckenzie or super coach jake wallabies reign will begin...

i do think mckenzie is better option for the wallies. he build the reds up from what they were and he understands the aussies culture and way of playing rugby a lot better. i dont think jake can crack it quite the same as mckenzie redsman

the stormers are facing a uphill battle against the saders and local support will be huge as the half of mitchells plain athlone will be wearing red and booooing there own local team as per normal.
