Hi all - this gets sent to me every week via a tipping comp - not that Im a gambler - but gives you an insight into what the aussie bookies are thinking...


Fact they are tipping Cheetahs over Bulls is interesting... other than that pretty fair odds by the looks...


Tahs in for closer game than the odds may show IMO...

Redsman: yes interesting that the Cheetahs are expected to beat the Bulls. This should be a good game given the different styles of play. 
As usual it is about who can impose their style (Bulls keep it in the forwards & wear them down + rolling maul); Cheetahs more of a fast paced game with more open rugby. Both teams hurting after an opening loss.
Glad the Brumbies are picked to be the Reds - sorry about that mate but Chiefs have problems with the Reds so a loss will be good for my team
Saders picked by a good margin to be the Chiefs. A lot of injured players for the Chiefs & they are playing away. Only hope that the surprise picks for the starting line-up by the Saders results in a surprise win for the Chiefs, lol

However, my personal picks differ in some respects.  I pick the Reds to beat the Brumbies  and I think the Cheetahs will beat the Bulls.

CleverMike: the odds shown above agree with you on the Cheetahs beating the Bulls. I thought this game would be a toss up & explained why on other threads.
Should be a good game for sure!  Kiwis can only gain in this one as a SA team has to lose.

 Yeah J_W Im really not expecting massive things from the reds this year... hopefully they prove me wrong.... but dominating the cricket is a good balancer... 


Think the brumbies will get over the reds particularly down in Canberra - mind you not that cold yet...
