I think from the NZ conference. The Canes look really good, to be considered a darkhorse for the title. Their backline, on paper looks even world class. 9. Peranara, 10. Barrett 11. Savea 12. Nonu 13. C Smith 14. Jane 15. Proctor. The key with the Canes is consistency, and of course their tight five. Cheifs look the strongest, should win NZ conference at least. From Oz, Tahs look the best. Reds could be a dark horse though. From SA Sharks look strong, but the Stormers could be a surprise package. They had a LOT of injuries in 2014, had a strong end of season. Semi Final placing at least I Think.

There is n idea baout whatthe final SA team squads are going to look like next year.  I think that some players listed by you has departed for Europe - eg Willemse of the Bulls.
However, I would say you have to add the following to the SA squads for players to watch:-
Bulls
StraussArno BothaLappis labuchagne
Willese needs to come out.
Stormers
Take out Kolisi and add Carr, Malherbe, Kitshof and Groom to your list.
Lions
I would add the following:-
Stokkies HanekomSchalk van der MerweDreyerCoetzeevan der Merwe (Hooker)
Cheetahs
I am not sure what the Cheethahs will be upp to - but will only keep an eye out for Le Roux and De Jager.   The other unions have raided them and they were left with scrpas.
