Super Rugby

Is it just me or is anyon e else here battling to give a fark about Super Rugby again after the internationals? I know the Super Rugby format is up for review, but damn this format sucks! Every year I find it harder and harder to get back into Super Rugby after the break. I can't say it enough, this format is a total abortion! 

Yes, they are destroying Super Rugby with all this expansion.

I've been saying for years now that they need to get back to the last format that really worked and that was the Super 12 when New Zealand had 5 teams, we had 4 and the Aussies had 3.

No more of this conference crap, everyone plays everyone else and the season finishes before the June internationals start.

 
Well ... I'm kinda hopeful that the Lions will go one step further this season.

I can understand how you feel about SR. Your team hasn't had a good season ... probably their worst in many a year.

 

CC, Lions are my number 2 team, so I'll certainly be shouting for them over then couple of weeks, but that is not the issue, its just that all the tension and excitement built up over the rest of the season is lost during the break.
