Joe Pietersen for Daniller. Aplon was the only SA back who did anything that moved the spirit. No other wings are worth mentioning....if anybody else , Basson I suppose. No centres were worth mentioning. The two worst props were those Bools fatties.  I thought Brussouw was way off his best. Spies was non existent.

Mostly it was the week of the lock....Bekker, Etzebeth, Juandre' Kruger........but not Flip who continues to look vastly overrated.

And the week of the flyhalf....Goosen, Morne, Jantjies and Lambie all shined. Van Aswegen, not so much. But it's a rare thing when our best players are in the pivot role.

I disagree with some of that. The big issue is that none of our 12s really fired. I was unsurprisingly disappointed with Habana, but must agree that Aplon was noteworthy. With Joe Pietersen back I don't think Aplon will get much game time at fullback, which will probably put Habana's career at WP under question. I cannot see him lasting much longer at 13. Brussow looked very lively. I kept a close eye on him and he did have a good impact on the ground. Perhaps not his best, but the best of the lot by some distance I'd say.

 Daniller ahead of Joe, yeah right. Deon v/Rensburg - now that is a joke. Ebershon did nothing, JP was better. Jantjies was better than Morne and Josh Strauss was better than Koster

Daniller did nothing wrong. JP missed all his tackles, thus he does not get ahead of Robert who did in fact do alot. Strauss was lost at sea and Jantjies far less effective than Morne.
