Thanks Beeno!
Oaks are not so interested when it is not a game we are involved in but still Oz v Poms should be a good one. We try to spark interest but it's a hard slog.
Beeno: Are you watching the AB v Japan game tomorrow morning?

It really takes monumental stupidity not to be wiser after the event. That said I'm going to be bold and prediict an AB win over Japan.

November 01, 2013, 20:26:24  Come on oaks please front up. No use being wise after the event.

How is being wise afterwards worse than being wise and wrong beforehand. I mean something like Oz going to beat the Bokke by 20+..............?

On a serious note though, I think the Pomms could well be able to klap the Aussies. If  Japan do, against all odds, manage to surprise I am sure there will be plenty of excuses and explanations about what has happened.

The score is irrelevant. I think it will be by a small margin. It is difficult to say in any case. These games have the knack of producing surprises. Think about what happened last year. Aus lost to France and was supposed to then loose against England, but they beat them. It was then expected that SA would demolish England but SA then won due to one lucky try. There was no way that England was going to then go  on and beat NZ, and what happened?

Tough one to call. England are pretty strong on these tours and Australia are garbage. Can they front an 80 minute performance against the only pack that can stand toe-to-toe with us? They don't have the luxury of building up to this one either. If England can play 70% like they are capable of  I don't see what Australia has to throw at them. Here's hoping blooper fails and Australia go down in flames 3 tries to 1 serves Ewan right for being so arrogant.

Yeah, most of us figured it would be a close game. 7 of us predicted a win for the Poms. The results are on another thread.http://www.sarugby.com/forum.cfm?threadid=7021

Sad for Oz, they are really down now. They had some bad luck but they can't blame the loss on that alone.
