Sounds impressive, but we need some examples. There is a lot of raw data, but it still needs manipulation to make it useful....defenders beaten per run...lineout steals.....tackle attempts per playing minute. Then there are exotic stats....metres covered....average speed ( I'd love to see how Dud compares to other  centres).


If they can provide these useful stats it will be a plus for fans.

Probably best not to go public with the stats, gosh it's bad enough as it is with our centre pairing, can you imagine their stats being exposed for the opposition to see

Film analysis reveals everything anyway. The best analysts aren't number junkies, but film experts. We don't have very many of those in South Africa. Simply put, analytics isn't South Africa's strongest attribute in general. Numbers don't tell you a great deal.
