The following indicates that Jaco Taute needs to sort himself out otherwise he may go the Beale road to nowhere in his rugby career:-

"Western Province centre Jaco Taute has been disciplined by the union after misbehaving in a Bloemfontein hotel.

According to the Netwerk24 website, the incident occurred after Western Province's 34-29 win over the Free State Cheetahs last Saturday.

It is believed that Taute had too much to drink which led to his behaviour at the Southern Sun hotel in Bloemfontein. It is reported that Taute bothered some of the hotel's guests and also broke a computer in the hotel lobby.

Howard Kahn, spokesperson of WP Rugby, said the matter was dealt with internally by the union.

"A disciplinary committee, consisting of the Director of Rugby (Gert Smal), the head coach (Allister Coetzee) and team management did a full investigation into the matter. We don't take such things lightly and the player was heavily punished.

"All parties involved were apologised to and they accepted it. We are satisfied that the matter was properly dealt with and that it is completed," said Kahn.

Taute sustained a rib injury in the game and his availability for this Saturday's clash against the Sharks at Newlands is in doubt."

Poor Taute was probably drinking to reduce pain levels re the rib injury. Most unfortunate and unlike the high standards of behaviour we have come to expect of WP players. Perhaps it's also because he is an import?

Outrageous behavior. You would never see an Aussie player stoop to such behavior.

Beeno: I seem to recall a pompous lecture or two from you about the misunderstanding Cruden had with his alarm clock.

Now the boot is on the other foot, the chickens have come home to roost & seems the pot was calling the kettle black.

Jw please oak apply lonely brain cell to the problem here. You would then realise Taute is an exception proving the rule (He is also from the Transvaal/Gauteng)W ith the wee abs there are no exceptions only oaks who were not caught!

T hat drunk little animated guy  I'm sure Claydog's aussie players would assume he just slipped and fell, be it that such behavior must be completely foreign to them.

Pissed, bothered hotel guests, broke hotel equipment. Apparently in Dave's world there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Hi there Brycy ya nutter, KP is rocking the English cricket establsihment. Maybe there needs to be some rocking of the boat? He does have some support.
Taute I am sure feels highly priviledged in playing for WP. One day he could well write a book saying what an imncredible experience it was. How he learned, after some time,  to behave like a gentlemen. I shudder to think what might have happened to taute had he immigrated to nz!
He would have turned into a regular double fisted chugger!
brycy and warped DUD returning from a viewing of the Boks beating the abs. Note the smiles!! Hahhahahahahahaha - two very serious chuggers!

... Bean Brain, I hear a drunken Taute staggered into a Catholic church on his way home that night and collapsed in the confessional....Next morning he was awoken by the sound of the priest entering the cubicle next to him...

The priest addressed him through the grill ' Good morning my son. What can i do for you?"

"You got here just in time" replied Taute "Could you pass over some toilet paper?"

Apparently he tried to crash ball some of the hotel guests and missed falling into the computer. It was the first clean break Taute has made in donkies years.
Unfortunately 2 steps afterwards he fell over his own two feet, and fell into the computer. He hit it with his head so he is fine.

The blonde and the blind man joke A blind man and his guide dog enter a bar and find their way to a barstool. After ordering a drink, and sitting there for a while, the blind guy yells to the bartender,

"Hey, you wanna hear a blonde joke ?"

The bar immediately becomes absolutely quiet. In a husky, deep voice, the woman next to him says,

"Before you tell that joke, you should know something. The bartender is blonde, the bouncer is blonde, and I'm a 6' tall, 200 lb.blonde with a black belt in karate. What's more, the woman sitting next to me is blonde and she's a weight lifter. The lady to your right is a blonde, and she's a wrestler. Think about it seriously, Mister. You still wanna tell that joke?"

The blind guy says, "Nah, not if I'm gonna have to explain it nine times."
