 Hope Meyer plays Flip and Loodt at Lock. Give Marcell a go at tighthead. Start with Burger.

We may see Flip start but I think Lood will be on the bench. Let us give him time to phase into test rugby.

 Back to the top withj this thread - otherwise it will go down the drain.
Mick I think the locks for Saturday will be Matfield and Van der Merwe - with De Jager on the bench.

this is not the All Blacks team, but i would like to post the team i think we will see against the english and see how close i come to the real thing,,,

1 t woodcock, 2 d coles, 3 o franks

4 s whitelock, 5 s whitelock

6 j kaino, 7 R McCaw, 8 k read

9 a smith, 10 a cruden

12 m nonu, 13 c smith

11 j savea, 15 b smith, 14 c jane

word round the campfire is read will be returning this week and i hope hansen applies logic and starts kaino ahead of messam bringing back that RWC winning backrow trio.

also dagg is set to miss the second test meaning that ben smith will retain the 15 where he was so freaking awesome last weekend.
it also means that jane will get another a shot at 14, but i wouldnt mind seeing fekitoa get a start at 14, hansen might not want to risk it though in case the english have bribed this weeks TMO as well,

tried to edit my post to put fekitoa at 13 over snake, but when i clicked edit post, edit post for everyones posts came up and i thought i would have a little fun with brother beenos commments, only it amounted to nothing.

anyway, my revised team after learning of snakes broken hand is only in the midfield where it now looks like this,,,

12 m nionu, 13 m fekitoa

this should mean that ryan crotty will be on the bench this weekend, as he can cover 11 through 14.

@dr win,

tru that bro,

maybe if it was retallick at 4 and 5 it would make more sense, he is easily the hardest working lock in world rugby today, i wouldnt trade him for anyone,

 Sasue
I would not have Retallick as a lock in any team.  He looks good in loose play and he is nobody in tight 5 play.  But then NZ does not have good tight 5 players - so maybe he looks good to you guys.

 saSue if you were able to fiddle with my posts the tremendous drop in quality would immediately be evident and would identify you as the culprit.
Expect the English to come hard at you this week. They know they should be two nil up.
I am expecting retardlick and whitelock to retire early from test rugby to escape the Etzebeth/ Loodt combo/ Ouch!! Then we have Du Toit and Willemse and Jaque Du Plessis. Perhaps leading to a flood of abs going off to Japan to escape having to play test rugby against the Boks. (NZ players overseas cannot be chosen for the wee abs)
No I think in the foreseeable future life for a nz forward playing the Mighty Boks will not be fun.

@mikey,

i know u wouldnt select retallick in any team, except ur fantasy teams, LMAO,

but u are all alone brother mikey, retallick was involved in over 27 breakdonws, the second most of any player, he also won 7 of the All Blacks 10 lineout balls, made all his tackles, scored a pilfer, and my fave feat of strength was a phase round the 60th minute where retallick was involved in at least 8 phases of play of a continuous phase set, something ive never seen anybody ever do from any position.

 My lot won't be out until Thursday.

But, as I said, Farrell won't play so it is a straight choice between Burns and Cipriani at 10. I would doubt Myler will get a shot at it. Although, maybe Manu Tuilagi might get a go there this week  And Care is also a huge doubt. Youngs is most likely to replace him with Dickson on the Bench.
I would expect Vunipola to start if he is fully fit this week.
Lots of decisions to be made.....do they go with Twelvetrees again ??? Is he fit as he was carrying an injury ? And will they select Burrell again ? He too was carrying a knock.
Or do they finish with the two Centres that did so well in the first Test ? Tuilagi and Eastmond ?
Questions, questions

Seven changes for us.
Hartley for Webber, Lawes for Lauchbury, Vunipola for Morgan, Youngs for Care, Burns for  Farrell, Tuilagi and Eastmond back in the Centre for Twelvetrees and Burrell and Ashton on the Wing for Tuilagi.
Can't remember all the Bench but Webber, Mullan, Brooks ( I think ), Cipriani, Dickson, Burrell and Launchbury (I think )
You best check on all that.
