@mikey,
jordaan didnt crack me up, he did impress me though, its about time he done something, om sure u would agree hes been very ordinary the last two years, so its good to see him finally having a good game.
im sure we can both agree that frans steyn played a big role in jordaans perforamnce,

@mikey,
sorry mikey, u are suffering a common ailment that most saffas suffer from, thinking that one good performance from a player/s is a sign of consistency.
mark my words, its only a matter of time before u get rid of jordaan, and i will be counting down the rounds before that happens,
NZ teams are in the equation now and mark my words, NZ players will dominate the fantasy league positions in the backline, just like NZ have always and will always dominate backline play in the rugby world,
spXV rnd 1 was a good start for the clevermike clan, but i will be interested to see if u can maintain that lead by rnd 19,,,,,,,
something tells me, thats a big fat albert no,

@mikey,
"I am slowly bringing in NZ backline players - but the problem is they
are grossly over-priced - the good ones like Piutau and Ben Smith will
come in earlier than the rest. If you concentrate on them you have to
make major sacrifices elsewhere to keep within budget."
very true, but there are plenty of players out there who are like piutau last year, consistent performers and cheap as a mofo.
i have a few names in the NZ teams who are very cheap and im expecting big things from.
folau is definitely a certainty for my team at the moment and prob either ben smith or piutau, but not both, and then theres the bolters in my uchiha clan XV.
"Aside from the two mentioned - I may in due course make some changes to the centers"
of that i have no doubt, why would u want saffas in ur backline when the kiwi backs are here???
its like picking dog food for dinner, when u had the option of some kobe steaks, :oP
LMAO, jk, but i hope u prove me wrong with the whole jordaan selection, i might even jump onboard, especially if francois steyn has another beauty this weekend.
"The next game of the Sharks is against the Canes. I have sympathy with
you - but I think the Canes are going to come to earth real had and
suffer a bad defeat. They just do not have the forwards to contest up
front and without decent ball - their backline cannot operate."
the sharks tight 5 are better, but our loose forwards are better, but the counterparts in both cases can more than hold their own.
theres not a single backline in SA i rate higher than any NZ teams backline, so we should be fine out wide, b ut the tight 5 will be the defining battle, so were goiung to need our loosies to live up to the hype and hopefully our tight 5 to at least get some parity.
if that happens, then the sharks could go down.
hurricanes are the underdogs, b ut the sharks couldnt beat NZs weakest team last year, so theres every bit a good chance another upset is on the horizon.
u also have the advantage with the coaches, cos white trumps hammet easy, but thats nothing to be proud of, cos dog poos trump hammet and his coaching abilities too.

@warhammer,
after being bullied by the warponies all of last year, i would really love to LMAO right now, but im too busy keeping the wooden spoon at bay after a horrendus start on foxsport,
but the season is long and im sure we will recover in time to give the top dogs at the moment a good crack.
i have to admit, i share ur kids skepticism regarding them thinking u knobbled them, tehehehe, :oP
