Some big shoes boots t o fill...good luck...end of an era stuff.

He was a wonderful coach and deserve all the credit due to him for leading the AB's and developing them to the highest possible ratings in world rugby.  It is better that he elaves now than staying on - because see what happened to Schmidt and Gatland.

Rather go when he is in a top class position than stay on.   There has already been questions asked about his WC squad selections - so maybe better for him to move on and become involved in TV and other media performances where the wealth of knowledge he posses can only benefit NZ rugby.

I think that he still has a roll to play - but more in the background than the coach would be.   Wonder who will replace him?
