I have been member of this site for 6 years and in that period learnt a massive amount about rugby.   For instance I always believed that a tackle is completed where the player came down.  I now have learnt the tackle took place four  meters earlier.

There are many other things as well for instance -   

*   a try-saving tackle is a weak tackle;

*   certain players are good and others bad - the good players may never be criticized - the bad is always wrong and must be denigrated;

*   ball protection and recovery not really important;

*   there is no such thing as a poor kick - all kicks are good unless a bad player makes them, etc      

Thanks for the valuable lessons - have fun - I am out of here and will only be back to deal with fantasy rugby issues next year.  Congratulations to Mozart on his victory as well - he was trying to get rid of me and has at last succeeded.

If you read through Lurker's thread you will see a ton of support for you along with the criticism. Why take one more serious than the other?

Ai tog, why is it so difficult for people to learn to agree to disagree and then move on?

1. Why do you insist on telling us what Mozart says, and what Mozart does?

Yes, Mike can drone on sometimes, but so does some of his critics...in fact some only post to hound him.

If you know Mike irritates you, just skip his posts. It's as simple as that. This constant nagging about it is the same fcn thing. Am I the only one seeing this?

Mike, hang around and ignore Moz, Pakie and Cera. It's that simple, just ignore them flat.

This whole thing could have been avoided if either side could just ignore the other...or atleast limit the responses to less than forever.

You are the master of your own fate, no-one should be blamed for your departure other than yourself. I'm sorry but I've told you several times that your obsession and addiction to the board had become insane and that your obsession with one particular poster left a lot to be desired. The monotony of your posts turns me off posting......I repeatedly told you how boring they were but alas it went whoosh over your head. There is no energy in reading the same thing day after day besides it begs the question who on earth gives you guys the right to pollute  this site with a daily dose of kindergarten garbage. Draad, I'm not apportioning blame to anyone, what I'm saying is a repeat of what I've previously said on more than one occasion.....there is nothing new in what I' saying. I understand that it takes two to tango and for the sake of clarity, Mike is a friend and remains a friend.

Having to come back to deal with the Fantasy Issue I took a quick look around on the site and it is clear that my absence has a beneficial impact on the site - no more disagreement on SA players and a wonderful sense of peace.

That is to my mind is the ideal situation - agreeing on everything about which players to criticize and which layers are beyond criticism.   So maybe it would be better to stay off site and only come back to deal with Fantasy issues.   

Enjoy yourself and have full agreement on everything else.
