The fact is that White's appointment caused havoc during and towards the end of he 2014 and Smith found out that he caused havoc in the team by starting spreading shit about playes he disliked and also caused problems betwen English and Afrikaans speaking players by leakin stories about their being discord in the team..
Based on that 16 playes whose contracts ran out in 2014 refuse to sign renewal contracts - inclusive the two Du Plessis brothers. He also used a coaching strategy that caused the spcstors to not attend local matches beause his style of coaching and playing ten man rugby casued Sharks suppoting spectators to not attend matches. In the end he was fired because of coaching and team managenet deficiencies.
White is now employed by the Bulls - which happned after Rupert and Montsepe got control of the franchise, A repeat of the poor record of jake in 2023 he msut hope fo a miracle this year or he will be fired.
