Yes he had an impressive game and its a case of seeing who can demonstrate he is clearly the best.
JP has great promise at center as well but will need to sort out his defensive role.
I saw Naas however showing how bad that forward pass was by the brumbies player . Must have been at least three meters or more forward and led to their long range try. Then the sharks were denied a tr yfrom what looked like a flat pass. incredibly marginal.
Was a bit surprised how much change the brumbies pack got out of the sharks. Alberts needs to do a lot more if he hopes to have a Bok spot. Vermulen was huge and outlpayed spiesies.
Mvovo was not very good. In fact, the shark's as a whole were not very good. Beeno, the Shark's try by Viljoen was questionnable as he lost control of the ball over the line. Nothing wrong with the Brumbie's try though. It couldn't have been 3 metres forward as both players were right next to each other! A bit of perspective. JP is never going to be a centre, Bismarck continues to flounder, McLeod was a little off, Mvovo is as Mvovo always is. The only good performers for the Shark's amongst the backs were Whitehead and Viljoen. In the forwards, Alberts was most effective and Daniels had his moments.
der Aristokrat im not sure what game you were watching and what you have against Mvovo as the Sharks and Mvovo had an outstanding Game. The Sharks defence was very impressive.People dont seem to realise how difficult it was to win there. This feat has not been accomplished in over 14 years! That is amazing!
Questions can be raised about the slow ruck ball in the first half but the 2nd half was beter. less than impressive players in my opinion were the combo of Charl Macloud and Frenchie.
