We are witness today to a remarkable scientific breakthrough. RIP has discovered the long sought after science of teleporting....here he reveals the discovery.

Notice how RIP offers CC a breath mint (obviously something he keeps readily at hand to counter his own foul rumblings). One can only assume RIP was going to follow through, that the science was good, when he offered CC a breath mint. Sadly we'll never know because CC told him to shove it. But on the assumption it's true there are so many that could benefit.
