The best of times.....oops, the worst of times

The global warming nutters with their inadequate models were just beginning to crow about the warm American winter. When, oops, we find Himalyayan ice has actually been stable over the last twenty years. So much for those flooding rivers caused by Global Warming.  And double oops, the canals freeze in Venice for the first time since the little ice age.

Spare a thought for these earnest folk....they are trying to predict the weather, not something easy like the fact that the Stormers will snot klap the Sharks a few weeks hence. Unfortunately these poor folks just haven't learned to firstly disengage the secular warming trend from the little ice age, before trying to measure the impact Kape Klong's smoking diesel.

A 15 year study has actually revealed that the Earth is actually cooling ever so slightly. And an even longer study on CO2 emissions revealed that we are not and never have been experiencing a CO2 problem either! The Earth has mechanisms which are perfectly designed to deal with these things. What these globalists haven't told their zombie-eqsue followers is that carbon is one of the four building blocks of life; it's essentially an attack on life itself! We are simply too large in numbers to adequately control and they do not want us "useless eaters" to use their resources. The arrogance.

I have also read about a case  of global cooling!  fact is carbon levels have been higher in the past than now. Also plant life thrives on higher carbob levels and grow more quickly.

One has to remain sceptical. Roughly half of the world climatologists think it is nonsense. But like intelligent design advocates one comes up against strong vested interests.

To me issues of sustainabilty  and a clean environment are real matters but the fact of global warming is another issue and needs to be established.
