@mozter,
IMO u and brother beeno trying to pass off meyers 2012 record as 70% instead of the 58% it really was, was one of the biggest shockers ive seen on this site.
not the biggest shocker though, cos brother beenos has produced a number of hits.
but the sione lauakis uncle comment is still the heavyweight champion of sarugby.com lies though easy peasy.
good to see ur converting numbers into percentages has improved over the years, should we give the credit to the kiwis who have been doing their best to educate our saffa patch kids???

Actually no, following your logic it would 75 per cent. Twelve games played, seven won, two drawn and three lost. So it was a 58 per cent win ratio, but a 25 per cent loss ratio. The argument was about how to handle the draws. Nice try.

Dont know about Luaki's uncle and that whole bussiness but recently had the honor of having dinner with Gary Teichmann.Nice bloke.He thinks Mayer is doing a fine job and couldnt really comment on the sharks as he has very little involvement there.

Mozart, you are quite correct in your assessment, but I implore you to be a little while patient still; there is still the matter of Goosen's 2012 offings, and a shplott party is to be had. I think you are going to relish it once I have the clips spliced and arranged.
As per de Jongh Michael. How then is your 13 to be a strike force if the entire arrangement of the backs is flawed? There are times when an individual player lets the entire system down, such as Goosen of 2012 and Jacobs of 2008-2009. There comes a time however when the system itself is flawed. Looking at the statistics over the past few years it's evident that the Stormers have been struggling overall, not because of one individual; they haven't been performing amongst the backs even so far back as the early 2000s - long before de Jongh was ever though of. There also goes to mention the defensive struggles the team has had as a unit last season, or in other words, the perfect opportunity for you to distort the truth. Same old, same old.

". . . and a shplott party is to be had"
A what? Did you say a "shplott" party, Alutwa . . . I mean Sun-Tzwat?
That's interesting. I coined the word "shplott" on the old SuperSport message board to describe the sound of egg hitting Moffie's fat face and to my knowledge it hasn't been used on this board.
It's obvious that you're an ex SuperSport poster so it's very interesting that you would use that word while denying that you're Alutwat aka Aristotwat aka Apollo and too many other aliases to mention.
We all know it's you, chump. You can drop the pretense now. It's just getting embarrassing.

Bwahahahaha!!! I personally have used that term even before the internet as we know it. And so have many others I know of.
You also used the exact same term on this message board before...

Well Barnacl . . . sorry, I mean Truth_Fairy . . . if you make up a sound effect and go type it in on Google, you'll probably find it's there already, just like "shplott".
Fact is, I coined that particular sound effect on these rugby boards and if any ex SuperSport board members (including yourself) still use it, then I am 100% certain it's because of my initial use of it.
You got that chump? Yes, I said 100% certain!
Don't worry, Barnac . . . sorry, I mean Truth_Fairy . . . you won't be the first dull-witted sheep who is so lacking in originality that he's had to copy me or my style . . . Klown and Moffie (aka PinocchioPantsOnFire) do it all the time.

Rooinek,
Uhm, copy you? That was a term we regularly used at varsity in/since '85. I've never used it on a forum myself, except to point out your mistake today. So much for your theory, then.
As for your reference to Barnacl/Barnac, it appears you have me confused with someone else? Probably someone else you have an obsession with, otherwise you would not have mentioned it.
I take it however, you meant to say Barnacle, that someone else mentioned in a post some time ago?

@forever arizona,
"Dont know about Luaki's uncle and that whole bussiness but recently had the honor of having dinner with Gary Teichmann."
heres the cliff notes on the whole 'siones uncles' claims which for many many many threads afterwards embarrassed saffas everywhere.
basically, someone claiming to be siones lauakis uncle met boklogic in person and said that lauaki was on steroids, so that meant the whole All Blacks were on steroids.
the outstanding evidence which had him so convinced was a few facebook pages of a family gathering which showed an obese lauaki, and thats it.
since that day, the artist formerly known as boklogic, has been labelled by the uchiha clan as 'sione lauakis imaginary BFF'.
the reason he made upp all that BS in the thread in the first place, was cos the kiwis here were having a field day at the saffas expense teasing them about the rife steroid use in south african high schools, and also johan goosens convicted drug record.
why did sione lauakis imaginary uncle BFF make something up thats so fake it would make the kardashians look away in disgust???
well, he wasnt the sharpest tool in the shed to begin with.
i do sometimes wonder how many brain cells he sacrificed conjuring that adventure time story up though, so much effort.
but then again statistically speaking, someone, maybe even a couple of people have to believe him.

@mozter,
"I still agree eliminating the draws give the best indication of
performance.
like i said to uo that thread, a winning percentage represents one thing only, the wins.
and the winning percentage is the be all end all of as u put it, the best indication of performance.
"Effectively that's what you do in any league table where
you get 2 for a win, 1 for a draw and zero for a loss."
and what does have to with the price of tea in china????
about the same as it does with ur argument.
save the number crunching BS for PDV and the cohorts of similarly educated mofos, cos it aint gonna work on me, LMAO,

@mozter,
"You have me confused for somebody who cares what you think Sushi."
oh come on mozzie, dont be like that.
i actually love sushi, but use it the same way a woman always backhand compliments another womans outfit,
LMAO,
"If you can't figure out a draw is better than a loss, so be it."
mozzie mozzie mozzie, of course a draw is infinitely times better than a loss, and i dont believe i said otherwise.
buuuuuuut, all im saying is, a winning percentage is the be all end all of what (as u put) gives the best indication of performance.
u can factor in the draws if u wish to cleverly brighten what was a pathetic 58.3% season, cos each to their own.
but if ur happy the Boks got the draw, then i will give a prayer or three that the Boks feel the same way, cos than the All Blacks will never lose to them again.
bottomline, win beats draw,
draw beats a loss,
loss sucks balls,
and no team ever plays to lose or draw.
so the wins are the only real measure of success.
except kids these days in all sport, where u are given a complimentary certificate for just being alive, F-ing PC muppets.
SARU, get that F-ing idea out of ur head right now,

Anyone know what it means to confuse somebody "for" (sic) something or someone?
I know what it means to confuse somebody with something or someone, but confusing somebody for something doesn't make any sense.
Looks to me like PinocchioPantsOnFire is trying very hard to copy me again but he doesn't have the education or the intelligence to even plagiarize correctly.

Not in the premiere league Mozart, 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw, the teams would be on the same points separated by goal difference.

@mozter,
"Okay so a team has two wins and five losses. Another team has one win
....three draws and three losses (very plausible in soccer). By your
measure Team A is better. But if it were a league, Team B would be
higher in the ratings. And that would be the right result because Team
was competitive in 4 matches vs 2."
come on mozzzzie. ive read ur posts and ur way smarter than this.
WTF are u bringing in so many mental soccer factors into this??? team A and team B, team voldermort
here is the simple fact of the core argument.
win beats draw,
draw beats a loss,
loss sucks balls,
no team ever plays to lose or draw.
and last nut not least, meyers 2012 Boks and their 58% in their win column were shite for their standards.
"I'm not saying I'm right, but to me losing is as big a negative event as winning is a positive event."
depends on the point of view, All Blacks wins over the Boks maybe a neagtive event for u, but its a positive event for me, and a who gives a F event for wnyone who dosent like rugby,

Yeah and sasuke thinks it gives you some legendary status to be a family member of a half baked AB's player better known for his thuggery with the Chiefs. Wait until he finds out I have actually met a few AB's in a Durban night club when the Hurricanes were in town against the Sharks. He just doesn't believe it's possible that these men are normal human beings.Oh Saia, why oh why did you not just lie and say you were the uncle of a half decent and current AB like Liam Messam it even a Jerome Kaino.
Sas, I know it's hard for you but try get your mind around the fact that Saia has no possible need to lie about Sione Lauaki. It does nothing for his life. You like to THINK you are smart and break down posts so why not investigate and call the man and set up a meeting. He can introduce you to this fat slob who seems to be your hero.
By the way Sas, I think you are right. The rest if the rugby world has used steroids to get to the size they are except NZL. That did it on a chicken and pasta diet. SA was also knocked out of the 2011 WC fairly and NZL deserved to win the final. TUI-Yeah Right!!

Some of these European backs look like their eyes are popping out of their sockets. I don't know if it's steroid use, but it sure is consistent with steroids or some form of doping.
