The Boks are a good Team and Meyers is a good coach! Proof of pudding is they have beaten England twice, the Wallabies and Argentina. Their forward pack are strong and big as proven by them blowing the ABs off the pack in Dunedin and the Wallabies. Their backline led by  Goshen and the best winger in the world Habana are playing attractive running rugby and their fans have tipped them to blow the ABs off the park with their superiority. Alot of fans were also advising Meyers to only put Habana on the field this weekend to face the ABs since he is that good. Bekker and is now the new Matfield and Alberts and Louw are touted as the best loose forwards hands down. Their fans expect a huge win from them this weekend.

Im  not greedy hakwa i would be happy with a one point win - our supporters along with our kiwi brother love a bit of banter but as brotherbeens says grow a back bone hehe.

No matter what forum you go to if there is a Bok or an AB fan around then you will no doubt find a scrap just like when we meet each other on the field

Gimme a break hakwa. How good does richies shite smell this weekend?? Why dont you or sasuke tell us all how long the all blacks have been in the number one spot in the world???  its going to be interesting to see how you kiwis deal with it when youre not number one in the world. tissues will be at a premium.

Im worried about Habana man. He is getting too old. Maybe we need to give him a sabbatical to "preserve" him because our whole nation cant function without him on the park. We also need a good fly half. Surely Naas Botha has had a long enough break to make a return for the 2015 WC??

Ha ha the biggest joke of international rugby at the moment. Preserving a players career...Ha ha awesome faith shown in the up and coming up and coming youngsters. I hope for the AB's coaches sake they never bring Richie back because time out of the game will only make him even slower than he is and all those youngsters like Cane and Ardie Savea will be better than him anyway.

Hate it or love it but us Bok supporters have something to be excited about. What you guys got NZ? A cabinet full of trophies that will start clearing, just like your squad full of oupa's, and at the end your cabinet, just like your team will be an empty shell of what they once were.

I don't understand the uproar! You guys love to whinge and carry on about your coach and every single player you have and we love providing you with a reason to whinge! We should be thanked for providing this public service for you.

Hakwa, dont ever mistake passion for whinging. We are a passionate bunch of supporters.

Step back and take a look at what it is like to be a bok supporter. AB's supporter is easy. Your best team plays every week. In SA, we have some top talent leaving, we have systems in place that often dont allow the best players to play. Look at what Jake White had to overcome just to get to the 07' WC nevermind win it. Read his book if you have not already.

Through all that, we remain positive. Your boys lost to France in 07' and couldnt come straight home so they had to take a week elsewhere until things died down, then, to this day, being South African in NZL, I take flack for some mysterious lady called Suzy who poisoned the AB's in 95'. Awesome poison that allows players to go for 120 mins of rugby?? But you call us whingers?

Jake White to me, is rugby's answer to Sir Alex Ferguson. He should have been given the next 12 years at the helm of the Boks irrespective of results because we would know that he was doing whats best for SA rugby. He should also have been given free reign on team selection without politics. Had that been the case, no team in world rugby would come close. Jake's brain ticks rugby and he knew what was needed (Eddie Jones) to make Bok rugby the powerhouse it was. Graham Henry is not half the coach Jake is. He just had a good group of players over many years that were never going to lose their home WC after the draw they got. Their first "tough" game came in the Semi's...Had that been the Boks, Graham Henry might not be the "hero" he is around here.

NZL are a much smaller country than SA and much less players to choose from. Only thing that has stood in SA's way since becoming professional is behind the scenes politics and greedy money grabbers ruining the game. If we were allowed to be as "clear cut" as NZL in the sense that we chose the best man for the job and let him get on with it, we would not have so many smug kiwi's.

 @canrugby.

You won't have to worry how Kiwi supporters are going to handle the ABs not being No.1 as you'll probably be dribbling custard and filling your pants in a resthome somewhere when that happens.

And how would you know what "smugness" feels like let alone means? You come from the most under-performing developed country in the World mate in sporting terms! Unless of course you're another Japie deserter like Logic who hates being away from home and just hates that the Boks are continually in the ABs wake!

Jake White and Eddie Jones, PDV (ala Meyer's Bull's Brueprint), Deans and McQueen all combined to destroy running rugby in SA and Australia.

For running rugby at it's very best, watch the Cheetahs 2012 and the Reds 2011.

Jake White is easy to pick apart - even the worst coach in NZ and the Auckland Blues picked apart his Brumbie Team in the S15 playoffs.

I think your plans to beat the ABs playing running rugby is admirable but I suspect you will instead attempt to bash the ABs into submission ala Dean Greyling

As for smugness, here is a picture of your hero who I suspect could be a candidate for  Wallabies Coach

Hakwa my good man currently the Boks are not a good team, they are now the best. Hahahahaha - Dunedin showed that!

Hawkwa you conduct yourself very well, apart from the Katie, episode,  a true son of the Father!!

Hakwa

I think people at times lose their perspective on issues and that leads to comments based not on fact - but on fictional ideas or non-appriate remarks.   Lets hope I am not one of those.

I am of the opibion that Meyer - despite his early actions to the contrary - realized that a rebuilding phase is necessary - especially since the older players - who gradually started going backwards after 2007 need to be replaced.   In essence he was obviously afraid to start too early - but he did bring in youngsters like Coetzee and Etzebeth very early in his coaching career.

He now brought Goosen and Taute into the set-up.  People rave about Goosen on Saurday - and I admit he made a major difference in the format of backline play - but he is still very younng at 20 and will become really must better in future.   Taute can make it as well - although he showed some positivies as well.

In essence I am sure that the re-building phase is in fact going to proceed over the enxt 18 months and I am sure at the end of that period - the Springboks will be a very good team.   There average age at this stage is already low at 25 - and it may become even lower in future.

That is where I am really concerned about New Zealand Rugby.   I stated elsewhere that the average age of the All Black players are 5 years older.   That is NOT a good sign - I sincerely believe that there is too little emphasis be placed on winning and not enough on team building for the future.

Mike, our structures only allow us to pick players based on form and what the gameplan is and not what your age is. Age is a non-issue!

Although I must say your argument could certainly have been used against the Boks 2011 RWC Team.
