Our entire game revolves around giving the opposition as many opportunities as possible make mistakes while starving ourselves of any chance to do something proactive. Sometimes you win, like with our try, but mostly not much comes from it and you just surrender possession after possession.

The bottom line was as some of us predicted: if the Boks controlled the set piece they would impose their “style”. ABs played poorly but still won, hopefully we got some valuable experience & will do better next week. The team is still developing so they are capable of learning more than the Boks. A secondary point, I’ve heard of slowing the game down but this was ridiculous. It was like having a picnic, with medics & water boys bringing lunch & drinks after every play, lol

Absolutely every set of phases a Bok was on the deck with a faux injury. Van Staaden was finally called by the commentators after he leapt up like Superman after writhing on the deck .

I agree with Just_win.

The Boks were flat out and the AB's hardly turned up.

Absolute horse shit Rassie is the best coach we have ever had What he achieved in 18 months is unprecedented The fact he is not with the Boks in Oz reinforces just how vital he is Brilliant coach who should have been with his side

That’s weird?? Because all I’m hearing is how amazing SA is? A lot of these experts are praising the Boks, nearly beating the All Blacks, they say their tactics are perfect! Not much to change, just do a few things better? But they fail to forget how pitiful the ABs played. They also forget how NZ is missing a number of key players in key positions. Yet the All Blacks still win? No S Whitelock, no Aaron Smith! We’re missing him. No Dane Coles, we need him at line out time. No Richie Mo’unga, who is our best 10 in NZ, don’t listen to anyone who says otherwise! Anton L Brown, our only full time midfielder, Goodhue who is our other only full time midfielder. Sam Cane is also missing, with his high work rate. Ten new guys who have never faced SA.. We still pulled it off. I am hoping the ABs turn up next week and put any doubt away

Pap you are speaking shit Whitelock is at best solid, no better than Barrett Coles does not start these days Beauden Barrett is far better than Richie it’s not even close Smith is good but so is TJ Your only real loss was Smith Boks were missing world player of the year Pieter Steph du Toit, the best player in the game in Kolbe and without the very impressive RG Snyman at lock

Missing Steph? Have you looked at the numbers? The Boks are not doing anything with the ball. Why would adding another body who dies with the ball improve our game, or compensate for the very inadequate gameplan? You need to think more constructively Unter-O. Connect some dots, not just reach for the first fanciful thought that releases some endorphins. Steph is a downgrade on what we currently have.

Rubbish Whitelock is at best solid has always been that and is now past it Barrett is better PSDT has been hugely missed - we have been compromised physically in a huge way at 7 without him Three losses in a row is evidence Best blindside in the game by a country mile Smith is better than TJ but TJ is a class act

As I pointed out we were down to the Lions while Dud Toit was playing…way up after he got tossed like a toothpick by Duhan. He has apparently been hugely missed by our opponents.

Rassie has made the boks better in certain ways like having a bit more self believe, but on the other hand 1 dimensional. Our forwards are maybe strong and big but not really mobile anove, ball skills off loading, keeping ball alive....all things that can be changed with proper training....can’t always just bash up like bulldozers without creative play....backline is not working at all which I don’t understand.....look how they played in World Cup and against Australia in sa and in NZ.....this was done under rassie & Nienaber?? Now the team looks like they have lost all the progress made and have returned to domkrag rugby....there is something off in the camp, there mojo has been stolen by Dr. Evil

They are worse than in 2018, but they never were great using the ball under José and Krutch. 2019 was exceedingly poor. There was a tipping point in the 2018 EOYT.

Well without him we have lost 3 in a row and his replacement in Mostert has been nothing short of fucking useless so much so he thankfully got dropped for the last test PSDT is the best blindside in the game by some distance Mostert should be nowhere near a test side - a complete and utter physical liability

Let me put it more simply for the simpleton: We have played exactly the same trip from game one to game nine. Is that easy for you to comprehend, "big guy"? Steph hasn't helped the Boks in any way shape or form. We have been better off without his porous fringe defence. However, the even more immobile and unskilled Limp has been tasked with taking the load in his absence. Two duds, with two sets of dud production. Two duds coached by one of the most limited and useless coaching teams in Bok history. Ende.

Saffex you’re talking shit haha. Mo’unga is better than Barrett, B Barrett hadn’t performed for a few years now. Has glimpses but he’s past his best. Mo’unga is getting better and better. Whitelock is far better than Scott Barrett! Jesus, Barrett is a liability most tests.. he is getting better but still way off, especially at line out time. Look at how shit our line outs are. Coles in our best hooker! He has the best throw in too. You’re delusional

I'm with you on Richie Mo'unga Papamoa. An amazingly talented and consistent player. Could prove to be better than Dan Carter.

Backing the losing horse. Touch Of Death von Unteromlett has just cast a dark cloud over poor Barrett.
